What We Do

Services

  • Eligibility

    Adults (Age 16 and over) who are in need of our services may be referred by contacting AWARE Inc. Child and family programs may be contacted for child (under 16) service referrals. Any person who is eligible for services needs to pick one for service acceptance. Entry into services is contingent on the length of time on the waiting list. Once a person enters into services, the individual has the ability to move the funding to other service providers or Montana locations.

  • Residential

    TLC: TLC is an 8-unit apartment complex. Everyone has their own apartment with staff onsite.

    Warren Group Home: WGH provides 8 individual rooms with support services and 24-hour staffing

    Mitchell Group Home: MGH provides 6 individual rooms with support services and 24-hour staffing

  • Vocational

    MRI Activity Center or workshop is the location of MRI's regular and intensive day service programs. Work activities help people with disabilities achieve their full potential with meaningful work and instruction in employment skills

  • Transportation

    MRI provides transportation in and out of the community for all individuals in service

  • Other Services

    MRI has a laundry service, we professionally wash, dry, and fold your laundry, or hang it if requested. Bring us clothing, delicates, linens, blankets, comforters -- you name it!. We charge $15/commercial or $8/regular.
    MRI collects aluminum cans, there is a container on the east side of the Activity Center at 219 2nd Ave S.
    MRI also shreds important or information-sensitive documents and properly disposes of them.
